Privacy Notice
AROMAESENCIA SA DE CV, (hereinafter " Aromaesencia ") in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, hereinafter referred to as "the Law", published on July 5, 2010 in the Official Gazette of the Federation, whose provisions are intended to control and protect your personal data held by third parties and, in compliance with the Law and its current Regulations, this Privacy Notice is issued in the following terms:
PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Aromaesencia (hereinafter, the “Responsible Party”) with address located at Lago Chapala Poniente 912, San Pedro Cholula, state of Puebla CP 72756, is the Responsible Party for obtaining, disclosing, storing, using, handling, exploiting, and/or disposing of the personal data it collects from its Clients (hereinafter, the “Owners”).
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The personal data that the Controller collects from the Holders are, by way of example but not limited to, the following: Name, address, email, telephone number, company, tax information, in particular the federal taxpayer registry, billing address; likewise, we collect the following:
Transaction Information, which includes bank account, card number, as well as the security code for the same, for the purposes of reconciling account funds and payment; time and hour of the transaction, description of the transaction, transaction amounts, and information about the payment methods used for the transaction. It is collected and managed securely by the payment transaction companies with which Aromaesencia is affiliated.
It is important to note that the Controller will store the information on servers controlled by the Controller to carry out product acquisition transactions with the Owner.
Finally, personal data is collected through the following means: through the creation of a Profile within the site https://aromaesencia.com ; as well as in the section called “Shopping Bag” located on our website https://www.aromaesencia.com/cart .
SENSITIVE DATA POLICY
The Controller, within its commercial policies, does not request any information that under the Law is understood as sensitive data, such as: religion, sexual preferences, political opinions, among others. Aromaesencia supports and encourages diversity and therefore prohibits any discriminatory act or the request for any information that could imply a discriminatory act.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The data we collect will have the following uses: (I) sending new information and updates about our products: that is, sending advertising and promotions, (II) following up on the online purchase of products, specifically the process of identification, validation, clarification, return, product shipments, cancellation and tracking of product purchases, (III) for payment or carrying out transactions for the acquisition of products, (IV) For issuing invoices and (V) For sending products purchased online.
Likewise, the personal data collected may be processed so that the controller can respond to legal requirements from competent authorities.
EXCEPTIONS
It should be noted that in accordance with the Law there are cases in which your consent is not necessary for the processing of your personal data, and therefore the absence of it or your refusal, where applicable, does not prevent and will not prevent Aromaesencia from processing them (your personal data) in terms of the Law and other applicable regulations.
OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT THE CONTROLLER OFFERS TO DATA OWNERS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.
The personal data of the Owners will be treated under the strictest confidentiality, taking into account the administrative, physical and technical security measures that the Controller implements in its internal security policies and procedures, avoiding the possible illicit disclosure of data and limiting its use to that established in this Privacy Notice.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
The Controller will transfer the Owner's information to parcel and goods delivery service companies, in order to deliver the purchase orders to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
Aromaesencia collects information directly from data owners, and these may be transferred to subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliates and controlling companies within the national territory or abroad solely for the same purposes; however, it is not authorized to transfer your personal data to any third party outside of those mentioned, except as provided in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, therefore, said information will be kept in strict confidentiality, in accordance with the security, administrative, technical and physical measures established by Aromaesencia .
USE OF COOKIES
Aromaesencia does not use cookies to collect personal data from the Holders automatically and simultaneously, using text files called cookies, or web beacons which are images inserted over the Internet or via email.
The website www.aromaesencia.com , online transactions, email messages and Aromaesencia advertisements may use cookies and other technologies such as web beacons, which help us better understand customer behavior, tell us which parts of our website customers have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and Internet searches. However, the data collected through cookies and other technologies is considered non-personal data.

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE OWNER
At any time, your duly accredited legal representative may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification when they consider that they are erroneous or inaccurate, Cancellation if they consider that the data is not being treated appropriately, Opposition if they do not want their data to be treated for specific purposes and/or Revocation when it is no longer your wish as the owner that Aromaesencia continue to use your personal data. The exercise of one of them does not prevent the exercise of the other and neither is a prerequisite for the exercise of the other.
To exercise your aforementioned rights, you must send your request to our personal data department at the email address info@aromaesencia.com , and/or directly to our address located at Lago Chapala Poniente 912, San Pedro Cholula, state of Puebla CP 72756 Mex.
The request to exercise the rights of the Owner must contain the following information: (1) Name of the owner, (2) address and email address to notify the owner of the response to his/her request, (3) a clear and precise description of the data in respect of which the corresponding right is sought to be exercised, (4) the object of the request, (5) any element that facilitates the location of the data, and a copy of his/her identification must be attached, and where applicable, the document by which legal representation is accredited.
The response period for your request will be 20 business days from the day on which the corresponding request for access, rectification, cancellation and opposition was received. The response will be communicated to you within the aforementioned period to the email address you provided in your request or by sending a letter to the address provided in it. Once said notification is received, you will have a period of 15 business days to make it effective if appropriate.
You may revoke at any time the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we no longer use them. To do so, you must submit a request under the terms mentioned for the exercise of ARCO rights. The procedure to follow will be the same as that provided for the exercise of ARCO rights. If your request is approved, your data will no longer be processed by Aromaesencia .
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be notified to you through the following means:
- By email that we personally send to you.
- And through visible advertisements within the website.
Likewise, the Holders are informed that the Privacy Notice may be modified at any time in order to address legislative developments, as well as modification of Aromaesencia 's internal policies.
If the purposes for which your personal data are processed are modified, your consent will be requested again, if necessary, either express or tacit, depending on the particular case.
CONSENT OF THE OWNER
In the event that the Owner does not agree partially or totally with the content of this Privacy Notice, we request that you notify your disagreement and disagreement to the email address info@aromaesencia.com to the attention of the personal data protection department.
