Terms and Conditions for Subscription to the Aromaesencia “Fragrance All the Year” (FAY) Program

 These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription to the “Fragrance All the Year” (FAY) program offered by Aromaesencia (hereinafter, "the Company"). By subscribing, the customer (hereinafter, "the Customer") fully accepts these conditions.

 

  1. Types of Subscriptions

1.1. Aroma BASIC (monthly subscription): Bi-monthly payment and delivery with a 5% discount on the “E-Commerce” list price.

1.2. Aroma PLUS (bi-monthly subscription): Monthly payment and delivery with a 7% discount on the “E-Commerce” list price.

1.3. Aroma ELITE (bi-monthly annual subscription): One-time payment corresponding to 6 bi-monthly deliveries with a 10% discount on the “E-Commerce” list price.

1.4. Aroma PREMIUM (annual monthly subscription): One-time payment corresponding to 12 monthly deliveries with a 12% discount on the “E-Commerce” list price.

 

  1. Products Applicable to Subscription

Subscriptions apply to the Sandalwood Gold, The Vert Oriental and Copalli fragrances of the following products:

  • Essential oil (100 ml and 250 ml presentations).
  • Room Spray (250 ml and 1 Lt presentation).
  • Pillow Mist (250 ml and 1 Lt presentation).

 

  1. Subscription Benefits

3.1. Free Shipping: All subscription purchases include free shipping.

3.2. Discount: Monthly and bi-monthly subscription schemes generate discounts depending on the type of subscription chosen by the customer.

3.3. Stock: Customers guarantee the stock of fragrances in their subscription on a recurring basis according to the type of subscription selected.

 

  1. Collection of subscriptions.

4.1. Payment Method: All payments are made through the customer's PayPal account. If the customer does not have a PayPal account, he/she will not be able to subscribe.

4.2. Initial Payment: The Paypal system will make an initial charge attempt corresponding to the first payment of the Monthly or Bi-monthly subscription (Aroma Basic and Aroma Plus) or a single payment for Annual subscriptions (Aroma Elite and Aroma Premium) to the account configured by the client to activate the subscription.

4.3. Periodic Payments: For monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions (Aroma Basic and Aroma Plus), the PayPal system will subsequently attempt to charge the order monthly/bi-monthly. If this is not successful, the system will make up to 3 additional attempts separated by 1 day from each other. If the problem persists, PayPal will attempt to charge through other cards or accounts associated with the customer's PayPal account. If the charge continues to be unsuccessful, the order will be skipped and a new attempt will be made in the following period.

4.4. Fixed rates: The monthly and/or bi-monthly cost will remain the same for the 12 months of the subscription. At the end of the subscription period, no further charges will be made.

 

  1. Change of Subscription Period

5.1. Change Restriction: Once the subscription has been activated, it is not permitted to change the frequency of the subscription (for example, changing from monthly to bi-monthly or vice versa).

  1. Changing Products During Subscription

6.1. Change of products: The fragrance, number of bottles and presentation of the subscribed products must be maintained throughout the subscription period.

 

  1. Renewal.

5.1. Subscription renewal process: Once the subscription period has ended, it is not automatically renewed. If the customer wishes to continue with their subscription, it is necessary to purchase a new one through our online store.

 

  1. Domestic Shipping Times

6.1. Preparation and Delivery: Shipments are made after receiving payment. Once received, we have 1 to 3 business days to process the order and deliver it to the courier.

6.2. Courier Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days after the order is received by the courier.

6.3. Peak Seasons: During peak seasons (such as Buen Fin, Hot Sale, Christmas, etc.), preparation may take up to 8 business days and delivery may take up to 15 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of up to 23 business days.

 

  1. Change of Delivery Address

7.1. Request for Change: Customers may request a change in the delivery address during the subscription period by sending an email to: info@aromaesencia.com.

7.2. Deadline for Requesting Change: The request for a change of address must be sent at least 3 business days in advance of the payment date of the next order.

7.3. Late Change: If the request is made less than 3 business days before the subscription is charged, the change will be applied to the subsequent order.

  

  1. Rescheduling Delivery Time for Exceptional Cases

8.1. Rescheduling Request: The Client may request the rescheduling of their delivery due to exceptional situations by sending an email to: info@aromaesencia.com.

8.2. Rescheduling Deadline: Rescheduling must be requested no later than the day of the payment date. Requests received after the payment date will not be accepted.

8.3. Payment Condition: Rescheduling can only be carried out if the recurring payment for the shipment to be rescheduled is already covered.

 

  1. Unsubscribe

9.1. Monthly and Bi-monthly Subscription (Aroma Basic and Aroma Plus): You may request cancellation of the subscription whenever 2 (two) deliveries have been completed.

9.2. Annual Subscription (Aroma Elite and Aroma Premium): Annual subscriptions paid in advance are cancelable at any time and only refundable in in-store credit.

9.3. Cancellation Request: In all cases, the cancellation request must be sent directly to Aromaesencia at the following email address: info@aromaesencia.com. Online cancellation is not available.

 

  1. Instant cancellation

10.1. Application of an instant cancellation : In case of an error in the subscription request or a subscription made by mistake, the cancellation of said request may be requested within the following 6 (six) calendar hours after having made it, by sending the cancellation request to the email address: info@aromaesencia.com. Instant cancellation is not available online.

  1. 11. Payment Refunds

11.1. Aroma Plus and Aroma Basic Subscription: There is no refund for these subscriptions.

11.2. Aroma Elite and Aroma Premium Subscription: In case of early cancellation, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the form of credit to be used in the online store. The credit will be calculated as: Total payment made by the customer – amount of deliveries actually made = Credit granted to be used in online store purchases.

 

  1. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Aromaesencia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately on the date of their publication.
